Review component geometry, substrate, black-finish acceptance, use conditions, cleaning exposure and the business case for passive surface protection.

Develop the process on production-representative material or parts and characterize morphology, adhesion and repeatability.

Co-funded pilot validation
Test representative Addrix-coated components under biological, cleaning and durability conditions relevant to the intended product.

Field-of-use commercialization
Define qualified manufacturing, claims, quality controls and a commercial license for the agreed market/application.
